RADIO REPORTING (CALLING-IN) POINTS Traffic Control Centres and Maritime Information System (SICOSENARU). The River Uruguay comprises six zones run from different Control Centres from the Argentinian and Uruguayan Coast Guards in alternating semi-annual shifts. All vessels are required to report to the appropriate Centre when passing designated Reporting Points and on entering/leaving a sector.
