RADIO REPORTING (CALLING-IN) POINTS Traffic Control Centres and Maritime Information System (SICOSENARU). The River Uruguay comprises six zones run from different Control Centres from the Argentinian and Uruguayan Coast Guards in alternating in semi-annual shifts. All vessels are required to report to the appropriate Centre when passing designated Reporting Points and on entering/leaving a sector.
