MARITIME TRAFFIC CONTROL AND INFORMATION  The Uruguay River is subdivided into six control zones, each operated by a Control Station of the Argentinean Coast Guard and a Control Station of the Uruguayan Coast Guard in alternating shift every six months. This cell comprises zone "Yankee". All Vessels must communicate upon entry and exit from this zone, as well as at the specified Route Points. See Published Maritime Information (I. M.
