SPEED IN THE MAIN CHANNELS
Maximum: the speed which does not result in the collapse, deterioration or damage of the edge of the channel, buoying, and cultural features used as navigation aids, or channel maintenance vessels. Minimum: the speed commensurate with maintaining the manoeuvrability in each particular situation. Mariners must take into account the bend in the Km 39 junction, the ferry routes and the hard bottoms.
