Entry upon Kure Atoll and Green Island must be approved 
by the State of Hawaii Department of Natural Resources, and 
Commander, 14th U.S. Coast Guard District, Honolulu, 
Hawaii.
These restrictions apply to all civilian and military agencies 
as well as individuals.
