In the area navigation of ships, vessels, other floating craft, anchoring,
carrying out underwater, dredging, explosive and hydrographic works, conducting
scientific research, management of marine mammals, aquaculture as well as conducting
other activities without the consent of the Joint Coordination Center for Transport
Crossing Protection (call sign "Carthage" or "Control-20" on VHF channel 16) are
prohibited, except for the ships and vessels proceeding with the permission of VTS
by Yeni-Kale elbow of Kerch-Yeni-Kale Channel.
