Istanbul Harbour Administrative Area are the sea and shore area bounded 
by Turkish territorial waters between north oriented lines from 41-21-00N, 
28-41-00E and 41-14-00N, 29-15-30E in the north and the sea and shore area 
in the northern of the line joining the following points:

a) 40-54-05K, 029-08-56D (Maltepe Point)
b) 40-43-30K, 029-09-24D
c) 40-43-30K, 028-43-24D
d) 40-58-18K, 028-43-24D (Kefaldalyan Point)

İstanbul Limanı İdari Sahası, kuzeyde 41-21-00K, 28-41-00D ve 41-14-00K, 
29-15-30D koordinatlarından kuzey istikametine çizilen hatların arasında 
kalan ve bitişik Türk Karasuları ile sınırlanan deniz ve kıyı alanı ve 
güneyde aşağıdaki koordinatların oluşturduğu hattın kuzeyinde kalan deniz 
ve kıyı alanıdır.
