EASTERN SPECIAL PURPOSES 'A' ANCHORAGE (AESPA)
For vessels under arrest, damaged vessels, deep draught vessels, vessels requiring repairs, chemical tankers that do not have safety hazard cargo on board as listed in chapter 17 of the IBC Code and other vessels with prior permission of the Port Master. Height restriction limit is applicable. Vessels greater than 49 metre in height are not allowed to anchor within the 49 metre height restriction area limits as demarcated on the navigational chart.
