For vessels and small craft loading or discharging explosives and Group 1 dangerous goods, andr vessels in transit with such cargo on board and other vessels as directed by the Port Master. All vessels shall keep at least 600 metres away from the limits of the Southern Islands Live-Firing Areas (SILFA).
