GENERAL CALL
A General call on VHF Ch 16 should be made by all inbound vessels 
or tows of 300 GT or 45 meters in length when passing the 
reporting points 1 or 2, when departing from a quay in Kalmar 
or an anchorage in the area between the reporting points.  

Smaller vessels should report if the circumstances admits.

Following information should be stated:  
A. All ships call and VHF Ch  
B. Ship type and ships name  
C. Name and location of reporting point or place of departure  
D. Intended route  
E. Destination
