- Shooting is indicated by a very quick flashing white light (VQ)
  from the warning light of each area. The lights will be turned on
  30 minutes prior to start of shooting. 
- Security vessels in the area of danger are equipped with a
  quick flashing yellow light.

Note that some testing activity can occur outside the areas.
