The territory of the reserve is prohibited to any activity affecting natural development of environmental processes, including actions changing hydrological regime of lands; 
-prospecting and procurement works; 
-mining; 
-forest exploitation, hay-mowing, cattle pasturing and driving; 
-beehiving and collecting of wild growing plants; 
-construction and location of industrial and agricultural enterprises; 
-construction of roads and pipelines; 
-commercial, sport and hobby hunting; 
-introduction of living beeings; 
-application of mineral fertilizes and plant protective chemicals; 
-helicopter and aircraft flying over the reserve under 2000 m, as well as aircraft flying at supersonic speed.
