The following restrictions on navigation apply within 2 cables of the shoreline:
1) It is prohibited to navigate at sea skimming speed and it is ordered to proceed at steerageway, 
with non-engine powered vessels the above prohibition and order being applied as far as 1 cable off the shoreline.
2) Taking to the sea and landing vessels within bathing beaches is permissible only in established and buoyed 
traffic lanes of which minimal width is 25 meters and they link the beaches with zones of unrestricted navigation.
3) The sea skimming speed navigation applies also to vessels other that the engine-powered within 50 meters off the
shoreline, paralel to it. Within the 50 meter wide strip, the vessels may navigate at the sea skimming speed only to 
proceed outside the strip, but particular caution should be exercised.
