In order to enable sailing and motor vessels, of which the Certificate of Safety or crews qualifications prohibit them to navigate more than 2 M off the shores, to pass freely across the area, within the Maritime Waters of Słowiński National Park, 
to the north of its limits, a 0.3 M wide navigation channel has been made available for the said vessels.
