MAINTAINED CHANNELS

The dredged channel in the approaches to Gawadar Deep Water Port
are liable to silting during the SW Monsoon.  The depths are maintained as required.  If are any changes in the area, the mariners will be inform through Pakistan Notices to Mariners and Navigational Warning issued by Pakistan Navy. 

The dredged channel of adjacent Gawadar Fish Harbour is not maintained and depths are not reliable. The area is not recommended for Navigation. Mariners cautioned.

Most features are omitted in this area, including bathymetry.
The minimal depiction of detail in this area does not support safe
navigation, therefore mariners should use a more appropriate
navigational purpose.
