Positions obtained from satellite navigation systems referred to WGS 84 Datum can be plotted directly onto this chart. Caution must be exercised in the transfer of geographical positions to other charts not in terms of WGS 84 Datum.

COASTAL NAVIGATION
Mariners should exercise caution when navigating in the vicinity of these islands due to the lack of survey data and differing magnetic variations between plans.

NATIONAL NATURE RESERVES
The Campbell Island/Motu Ihupuku group is legally protected as a National Nature Reserve from mean low water. They are administered by the New Zealand Department of Conservation. Entry to the islands, including any landings and the attachment of lines, is strictly prohibited except under permit.
