NATURE RESERVE
Auckland Islands are legally protected Nature Reserves from mean low water. They are administered by the Department of Conservation. Entry to the islands, including any landings and the attachment of lines, is strictly prohibited except under permit.

MARINE RESERVE
All waters within this chart are covered by Marine Reserve. All marine life and habitats are totally protected. No fishing, netting, taking or killing of marine life. Contact Department of Conservation for further information.
