Vessels entering the IJMUIDEN CROSSING, IJMUIDEN JUNCTION and 
RIJNVELD precautionary areas should navigate with extreme caution 
as vessels on route to and from TSS Off Texel, TSS North Hinder North, 
IJmuiden and Europoort are merging or crossing.
