STATIA NATIONAL MARINE PARK

According to Afkondigingsblad Sint Eustatius 1996/3, 1996/4 and 1996/5 the
area around Sint Eustatius between the high-waterline and the 30 metre
depth contour is appointed as Nature Reserve, the Statia National Marine Park.
With the exception of the designated anchorage areas, anchoring is 
allowed only with the expressly written permission of the local authorities.
