SHELTER OFFSHORE:
Based on Article 13, Section III of the Fisheries Act in force, establishes a zone of Shelter Offshore Flora,
Fauna and Ecological Conditions of the Fund, located in Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur, according to
decree Official Journal of the Federation on June 7, 2000. In which states it is necessary to enact the legal
measures that regulate the actions of people who exercise on a regular fishing in areas near the area, in addition,
that area will not hinder the navigation and other uses of ocean waters.
