It establishes an anchorage for ships that engage in cargo operations in the port of Cayo Arcas to the southeast of the port of Cayo Arcas, according to the Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014 and amendment in the letter PEP-DG-SC -GAOM-1048 2016, issued by Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
