It establishes a Precautionary Zone A for support vessels used in oil exploration and production and where the recommended two-way courses 1, 2, 3 and 4 converge/diverge. It is strongly recommended that all other vessels avoid the recommended system, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014.
