It establishes a Zone to be Avoided in order to protect the submarine pipelines that supply hydrocarbons to the offshore installations, within the Precaution Zone, for the vessels that carry out fishing activities or anchoring maneuvers, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of July 20th, 1998.
