It establishes an anchorage for export tankers dedicated to cargo operations in the ports of Ta'kuntah and Yúum K'ak Naab, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014 and amendment in the letter PEP-DG- SC-GAOM-1048 2016, issued by Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
