It establishes an anchorage for ships that are dedicated to activities of the oil industry to the west of the Taratunich oil exploitation field, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014 and amendment in the letter PEP-DG-SC- GAOM-1048 2016, issued by Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
