It establishes an anchorage for ships that call at the port of Frontera, Tabasco or that carry out maneuvers to the west of said port, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014 and amendment in the letter PEP-DG-SC-GAOM -1048 2016, issued by Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
