It establishes Precautionary Zone B for support vessels used in oil exploration and production and in which the recommended track 4 of two directions converges/diverges. It is recommended for use by ships with gross tonnage equal to or greater than 50, according to the Official Journal of the Federation of April 29th, 2014.
