Caution Zone "A": A precautionary zone is established that includes the islands and reefs, where the access channels to the Port of Veracruz are located. This zone is limited by an arc of circumference of 4.7 miles of radius, whose center is the lighthouse of the island of Sacrificios, according to the Official Gazette of the Federation of July 17, 1998.
