It is declared a Protected Natural Area, with the character of flora and fauna protection area, located in the municipality of Escuinapa, state of Sinaloa. For the activities referred to in this article and which require authorisation, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the corresponding administrative unit must have the prior opinion of the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas, according to the Official Gazette of the Federation on August 16th, 2023.
