Entry into restricted areas (07 deg 01.40 min N 79 deg 49.30 min E
and 06 deg 58.70 min N 79 deg 46.60 min E) is only for vessels using
the terminals, and vessels should neither anchor nor
trawl in the vicinity of the pipelines.
