PILOTAGE
In the even of adverse whether precluding a vessel being boarded outside the harbour, 
it may, at the discretion of the Harbour Master, be given the option of proceeding into 
harbour and picking up the pilot inside; the vessel is instructed whether to run in or stand 
off. The option to enter is not given at night under normal circumstances.

If, at any time, assistance is required from the Harbour Master's department, the signal 
should be made for a pilot.
