Sea areas where vessels should listen to  information provided (Maritime Traffic Safety Law)

Vessels of 50m in length and upward navigating in the sea areas 
defined by Maritime Traffic Safety Law should listen to 
information provided by Tokyo Wan Vessel Traffic Service Center (Tokyo MARTIS). 
In addition advice to alter course or take another necessary action may be issued 
to these vessels whenever necessary to prevent danger.
