Vessels, over 500 G/T, navigating in the sea areas should listen to information
provided by Nagoya Ko Vessel Traffic Service Center (Isewan MARTIS). In addition advice to alter
course or take another necessary action may be issued to these vessels whenever necessary
to prevent danger.
