Area Entry Notification (Designated sea area)

Vessels of 50m in length and upwards (excluding vessels which are
equipped with and operating a class-A AIS) should report on VHF
CH16 to Tokyo Wan Vessel Traffic Service Center (Tokyo MARTIS)
when entering the designated sea area.
   Information to be reported;
      Vessel's name and call sign
      Position of vessel at time of notification
      Destination port (quay, anchorage) if the destination port is decided
      Draft and length of vessel
