1. Vessels navigating, for the purpose of passing through, Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line 
   East Fairway southward should
 - Navigate in the area to the west side of Line A;
 - Navigate close to Line A when navigating from Chiba; and
 - Navigate away from Line A when navigating from Tokyo.
2. Vessels navigating, for the purpose of passing through, Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line 
   East Fairway northward should
 - Navigate in the area to the east of Line A;
 - Navigate away from Line A when navigating toward Chiba; and
 - Navigate close to Line A when navigating toward Tokyo.
