Sea areas where vessels should listen to  information provided
Vessels, over 300G/T, navigating in the sea areas should listen to information provided
by Kanmon Kaikyo Vessel Traffic Service Center (Kanmon MARTIS). In addition advice to 
alter course or take another necessary action may be issued to these vessels whenever 
necessary to prevent danger.
