	Jackson Creek (To Gue) lies about 9 miles SW of Bumila Creek and can be identified by a prominent square clump of trees near the bank which 
	falls abruptly to the edge of water. A reef fringes the E and W entrance points of the bay and extends upto 2 cables NNE of the W entrance point; 
	a shoal with a least depth of 8m lies near the outer end of shoals extending 9 cables NNE from the W entrance point. Shoal patch with least depth 
	of 4.8m lies about 2 miles NE of W entrance point of the bay.

	A landing place lies close S of the fringing reef on the E side off and 3½ cables S of the W entrance point of the bay.

	Breakers extend right across the entrance to Jackson creek where there is a bar with depths of 0.3m.

	Anchorage may be obtained in a depth of 15m about 1¼ miles N of the entrance to Jackson Creek.

	Api Island (10º 40'.1N, 92º 23'.2E), a good landmark, stands close off-shore about 6.8 miles S of the entrance to Jackson Creek.

	West Bay indents the W coast of Little Andaman Island between Api Island and Sandy Point (Point Alcock) (10º 32'.3N, 92º 23'.2E), the SW point of 
	the island. A conspicuous rock lies at the head of the bay close offshore. A light is exhibited from a round concrete tower, A White masonry tower 
	with black bands 6 miles E of Sandy Point.

	A reef, with sunken rocks on it, extends about 1½ mile WSW from Sandy Point.
	Dalrymple Bank, is fringed with coral and a least depth of 9.4m, lies about 9 miles W of Sandy Point. It is not advisable for vessels to pass over 
	the bank during the SW monsoon due to heavy rollers.
