The depths in KANDLA, HANSTHAL CREEKS AND THEIR APPROACH CHANNELS are very irregular and are liable to frequent changes. The buoyage is moved accordingly. No Notice  to Mariners update pertaining to this movement will be issued for correcting this ENC.
