CURRENTS
The currents are of monsoonal origin but tend to follow the trend of the coast. During northeast monsoon, form September to December southwesterly sets with rates from 0,5kn to 2kn are experienced, maximum being in September. During the rest of the year, norhteasterly sets with rates from 0,5kn to 1,5kn are experienced, maximum being in May.
