	1.	There have been extensive changes to the harbour limits of Hai Phong, Cam Pha and Quang Ninh, and other charted details.																			
																					
	2.	The limit of Hai Phong Harbour has been extended and now joins the following positions:

		20° 35' .94N. , 106° 48' .45E.
