	   39° 33' .83N. , 123° 12' .56E.
	   39° 31' .84N. , 123° 19' .37E.

	2. Wind farms have been established, in the vicinity of the following positions:

	   39° 32' .14N. , 123° 18' .91E.
	   39° 29' .06N. , 123° 12' .03E.
	   39° 25' .57N. , 123° 19' .99E.

	3. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
