	1. The light-beacon, Fl.R.4s5M No 38 RW, in position 10° 35' .12N. , 106° 50' .14E. has been temporarily extinguished.

	2. A red pillar light-buoy, Fl.R.3s No 38, has been established in position 10° 35' .10N. , 106° 50' .15E.

	3. Mariners are advised to navigate with caution in the area.
