INNER AND OUTER FAIRWAY

Large commercial vessels may be encountered in the Inner and 
Outer Fairway at any time. Vessels are not permitted to 
anchor in the Inner or Outer Fairway. All vessels shall 
comply with Rule 9 of the COLREGS (1996). The speed limit 
in the Inner Harbour is 6 knots through the water.
