ENTRY RESTRICTED

Navigation is prohibited during aircraft movements, which are indicated by the white lights and loudspeakers situated at the end of the runway. Vessels are requested to keep within the red buoyed channel at all times and not transit the buoyed channel when the runway white lights are flashing.
