Only to be used by vessels entering or leaving Medway/Thames ports
that meet certain pilotage requirements. This route may also be used
by any vessel less than 20 metres in length, any sailing vessel, any
vessel engaged in fishing activity or licensed dredgers working in
designated extraction areas,irrespective of their port of
