The Colne Tidal Barrier (51°51'·1N 0°57'·8E)
is marked by lights. The gates are normally open 
allowing unrestricted passage through the barrier. 
The maximum speed through the barrier is 5 knots. 
Three red lights displayed vertically indicate that
vessels must not proceed through the barrier.
