BREAKWATERS AND APPROACH CHANNEL

The Escravos north (Island Mole) and south (Main Mole) breakwaters are badly damaged and are 
hazardous to shipping. Numerous navigation marks are reported unlit, out of position or missing. 
Great care is to be exercised when navigating in the vicinity.
