DEPTHS AND BUOYS

The channels and depths shown in the vicinity of The Bar
and The Point are subject to frequent change. Special buoys 
laid at The Bar are for the aid of the pilots and do not necessarily 
mark the navigable channel. Vessels should not attempt to
enter without local knowledge or contacting the Harbour Master.
