LIDDEL EDDY - OVERFALLS

Liddel Eddy forms in this area after the first two hours of the east-going
stream. It extends slowly southwards, almost reaching Muckle Skerry when the
true west-going stream begins. Heavy overfalls occur along the boundary between
the Eddy and the east-going stream.
