SATAN'S GAP

Should vessels bound in the opposite directions sight each other in the
vicinity of Satan's Gap, the vessel stemming the current should reduce
speed or stop if necessary until the other vessel has passed clear.
Extreme deflection of the compass needle may be experienced while
passing the wrecks.
